DescriptionMake your own short film ahead of time and submit to www.swingthing39@yahoo.com by Monday May 30th. 
Invite your family, friends, FHE group, or anyone else to help you make a film up to 7 minutes long. The sillier, the better! Then on June 4th, come (modestly) dressed as a celebrity to strut your stuff on the red carpet and view all the films, followed by an awards ceremony. Bring your favorite hors d'oeuvres to share! You do not need to create a film to participate in Oscars Night. Beaverton Hosting

Speaker:  Clay Doman

Speaker Clay Doman was born in Eastern Oregon and lived the young wonder of life on a cattle ranch.  He is number four of sixteen children- thirteen boys and three girls.  Clay graduated from Woodburn High School where he was quarterback for his football team, a talented wrester, and the school record holder for pole vault. He went directly on his mission to Caracus, Venezuela.  Following his mission he attended then Ricks College and met his wife Julie Adair.  Clay finished his Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from BYU.  He is now employed with Leatherman Tool Group as a manufacturing engineer.  Just about two years ago Clay and Julie bought their dream property just outside of Canby where they are raising their seven children (so far) alongside cows, dogs, chickens, goats, and a llama.  Clay loves farming, fishing, hunting, and playing baseball in the yard with his wife and kids.  Clay has served in the Young Men's program, as a high counselor, and now as a Bishop.
